Thank you very much for these helpful instructions. I recently joined the Adopt a Soldier program, attempted to mail a care package at the UPS store and received bad information. Now I'm going to the post office and using correctly filled out forms, and flat rate priority mail.

Our niece forwarded you web site to us and we are so thankful to know how to properly fill out the forms for FPO. A close friends who does packages for the USO said that you can put "Give to nearest chaplain" under The "If Non-Deliverable" square and the chaplain will make every attempt to see that it is handled. She said it is very expensive and disheartening to the Sender to receive a package back. Just a thought for your consideration. One again, thanks for your great help!

What an awesome website you have! These instructions will help me send care packages with confidence to my son while deployed. They are simple, yet detailed enough to answer all my questions. KUDOS to you and thanks so much for assisting us with so much care and good information!

I just returned from the post office feeling a little queasy because I do not believe my package will arrive per the instructions from the post office. Their instructions were ambiguous at best. I returned home and searched USPS for proper instructions, to no avail. I found your website and felt much relief. Although I await the return of the previous package due to improper instructions, I feel confident about completing the PS 2976-A per your instructions. Thank you very much for sharing.

We did try the online Customs Forms a couple times, but found it wasn't a viable option for SKIP. We have always hand-written the Customs Forms. It takes a while, but it was the best option for us.

Have you ever tryed to do the custom forms on line? Can you give me any advise. We are sending 125 boxes of cookies and would like to speed up the paperwork. We have filled these out by hand for the past 10 years. Thank you.
