SKIP Packing Party

Approximately 400 more care packages are scheduled for deployment overseas during the month of October and the time has come to make sure they're ready to go. So, grab your family and a few friends and head on down to the First Congregational Church in Hanson, MA on October 11 to help prepare these packages for their destinations!

For those who have never experienced a SKIP packing party we truly hope you can make it out this time. The SKIP packing parties are fast-paced, hands-on, and can be a lot of fun. Seeing the full care packages pile up and being loaded into the truck destined for the Post Office, where each care package receives it final orders to bring hope, appreciation, and a smile to our troops, is a very rewarding experience for everyone. Write it on your calendar today!

For the rest of us, we can go to isearch.igive.com and in the top right corner there's a link to add isearchigive to the browser.

Here's what makes iSearchiGive.com so useful:
1) We receive exactly $0.02 per qualified search - no hidden fees, no vague percentages, no limits;
2) Donation checks are sent every month;
3) It's free, fast, and powered by Yahoo! Search;
4) You can keep track of your individual contributions through their parent program, www.iGive.com;
5) If you shop online, up to 26% of each purchase via iGive.com also benefits our cause!
6) It's powered by iGive.com (a site that has been helping causes raise money online since 1997), so we know it's not just a flash in the pan!

Video Messages For the Troops

Thanks to the incredible show of patriotism by so many Americans and the awesome donation of 500 duplicated DVDs, CD sleeves, and labels by Jeremedia more than 100 messages of thanks and appreciation, featuring well over 300 Americans, are being sent over in the care packages we pack on October 11. Additionally, we will send the remaining DVDs overseas as new military names and addresses come in, which should put these DVDs out of stock very quickly at the rate we've been accepting new names lately.

So, we just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who recorded a message, manned the video camera, or decided what you should say on your recorded message. We'd also like to thank Jeremedia for their donation and support throughout this project. We couldn't have done this without the support of patriots like you and we look forward to reading what the troops have to say in return.
