About Special Kindness In Packages, Inc.
Special Kindness In Packages, Inc. ships personalized care packages and correspondence to deployed members of the U.S. military, and offers individually tailored support and guidance to military members and their families before, during and after deployment.
Started in 2004 by Tracy Stiers when her brother, U.S. Army SGT (Ret.) “Skip” Spoerke, was serving in Iraq, Special Kindness In Packages (SKIP) has supported more than 11,000 deployed military members with care packages in 7 years. Sadly, the day has come that SKIP starts to close down.
The SKIP website will remain active until December 4, 2013. The last SKIP care package will be shipped by December 31, 2011.
